2013 HOLIDAY AUCTION
Tickets Sales have ended
Friday, November 15th @ Granite Rose
Doors will open at 5:30 PM
The Holiday Auction is almost here. We hope you have your tickets and have made arrangements to be at the Granite Rose promptly at 5:30PM.
Be sure to bring your ticket filled out with your pertinent information on the back. That is your admission to the night’s events.
Find your seat at a table (if you have reserved a table – your name will be on table), and then explore all the gifts going up for bid. There is a Silent Auction table filled with home-made items, local art, as well as some gift packages too good to miss. The live auction table will show you everything going up for bid after dinner.
Check everything out so you can plan your strategy and budget.
Stop by at the free Photo Booth and have some fun.
Dinner will start at 6:30PM! Salad, rolls, turkey, stuffing, baked potato, vegetable of the day and an ice cream puff for dessert as well as coffee or tea.
Do you have any dietary concerns? Please let us know in advance.
The Granite Rose is offering these tips:
MSG is not used in any preparation of foods. The chef can provide (with notice) a vegan meal such as roasted vegetables or stuffed portabella mushroom entrée but the chef makes the final choice.
Tickets are $35 and are available for sale at the Hampstead Public Library and TD Bank on Main Street. Tickets will not be available at the door.
Our goal this year is to raise money for an electronic messaging sign to be placed at the end Mary E. Clark Drive, clearly visible from Stage Road. Of course, we will continue to support the library as we have in the past, including, but never limited to, the Summer Reading Program, museum passes and programs for the entire community throughout the year.
We will accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks and our favorite -- cash.
Check here to see our donation list as it grows in the final coming weeks.
If you want to talk to a Committee member for more details, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org. Now you can also stay in touch with the auction and the Friends by “liking” our new Facebook page.
